  • Eligibility: Unopened, factory-sealed sets in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Opened sets or sets with missing pieces cannot be returned.

  • Missing Pieces: If your new, sealed LEGO set is missing a piece out of the box, we recommend utilizing the official LEGO Bricks & Pieces replacement service, though we are happy to help guide you through the process.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
